Myers Park Elementary School Expansion

Charlotte, NC

Design and engineering for the phased renovation of the existing elementary school along with the 55,600 SF expansion including parking improvements, bus lot, underground storm water detention facility, offsite municipal storm water infrastructure replacement and redevelopment of athletic fields which were shared with Queens University which is adjacent to the elementary school in the historic Myers Park neighborhood.



North Mecklenburg High School Stadium Renovation

Huntersville, NC

Design and permitting for the renovation of the athletic stadium facility for football as well as all track & field events.  The project included stadium seating for 4,000 spectators, press box, accessible walkways to pre-engineered seating on cast in place concrete bleachers, synthetic running track, all field event components, concession stands, ticket booths, restroom facilities and field house.  Also included in the project were water & sewer infrastructure improvements and water quality storm water facilities.


Southern Evangelical Seminary

Weddington, NC

Master planning, design and permitting for the multi-phase development of the 10.4 AC Seminary & Bible College campus consisting of four buildings with a total building footprint of 34,880 SF.  Major civil / site elements of the project included an offsite water main extension to provide fire protection and an offsite gravity sewer extension in a cooperative effort between Union County and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Utility Departments for the inter- county sewer service. 




Team Church Formerly Charlotte South Fellowship

Matthews, NC

Rezoning, design & permitting services provided for the multi-phase church facility on the 16.0 AC site.  Major civil / site elements of the project included offsite fire line extension, septic facility to accommodate wastewater disposal and offsite road widening. 



St Margaret's Episcopal Church

Weddington, NC

Design and permitting services for the 22,000 SF building facility on 11.44 AC campus including a 0.53 AC  addition of developable land resulting from the right-of-way acquisition from Rea Road an NCDOT right-of-way.  The civil / site design and permitting elements included building location & orientation on the site with constraints of front and rear road frontage, parking facilities, offsite road improvements, landscape & hardscape plan, buffering against the adjacent residential neighborhood and athletic fields.





Oakdale Baptist Church

Rock Hill, SC

Design and permitting for phased development of the 59,500 SF building footprint on the 21.4 AC campus to facilitate growth of primary elements Including Multi- Purpose Room, Class Rooms, Sanctuary & Athletic Fields.
